At Texas Furniture Hut we designate a specific day for delivery. The day before delivery, our delivery department will contact the customer with a specific two-hour delivery timeframe. If the customer misses their confirmed delivery date and time they are responsible for additional delivery charges.
Remember, our delivery crew cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture, and is not responsible for measuring doorways and stairs for furniture drop off. Please be sure you measure ahead of time to ensure the furniture you have purchased will fit in your home.
Want to pick your furniture up yourself? No problem! Our warehouse crew will help you inspect your furniture to make sure it’s in good condition before loading it into your vehicle for you!
Furniture can be picked up from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at our central warehouse located at 9510 Clay Road, Houston, TX 77080. If the customer does not schedule a pickup time at the time of purchase, our customer service department will contact them with an estimated pick up date.
We offer a complimentary assembling service at our warehouse.Texas Furniture Hut is not responsible for risks and damages associated with customer transportation from the warehouse.
